CASE STUDIES
WSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms. They needed to increase their presence in the business community in Puerto Rico. We negotiated their participation as main sponsors of the Convention of the College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico.

The sponsorship included a 10X20 space for a booth station we designed custom, with a meeting area, video presentation and a videogame. We had an exhibition area where we displayed a mobile solar hybrid generator. We were the main speakers at the convention, where we had the opportunity to introduce the company and show some of our projects and capabilities. We also had presence all around the convention via standing banners, brochures, giveaways and videos.
TDB Communications is a Governmental Services company with offices in Washington and Puerto Rico. They approached Vogárs to help them recruit physicians to evaluate SS and VA benefits requests. We recommended to participate in the Annual Convention of the Puerto Rico College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Vogárs designed and produced a 10X20 booth, strategized a communications plan and produced brochures and flyers to share with the attendants. Their initial objective was to recruit 50-100 physicians. They recruited 550. We are currently supporting them in other local events.
