CASE STUDIES

Vogárs produced the events to present Louis Berger's Give Back program in Puerto Rico, which consisted of microgrids for disadvantaged communities.  The presentations included press conferences, tours, and live entertainment.

Louis Berger's Give Back program supports disadvantaged communities in the countries where they do business.  In Puerto Rico, it consisted of the installation of a temporary microgrid at Perla de Gran Precio (PDGP), a buildings complex that served as shelter for children and females. (click here for details)

Vogárs produced the presentation event, that started with a press conference at the premises, with speeches by Louis Berger's president Tom Lewis, the administration of PDGP, the Secretary of the Governor, William Villafañe, and the Office of Mayor Ramón Luis Rivera.

For the event, we invited the community and high school students interested in Sciences.

The activities included guided tours of the project, clown entertainment for the children, live music with renowned singer Carlos de la Cima, and a humorous theatrical production depicting people's experience after Hurricane María.  The food was a giant Spanish paella prepared onsite.

Vogárs designed and produced print material like banners, brochures, and others.  Coordinated the media coverage and press releases.

This event was repeated for the inauguration of the microgrid at Casa del Amparo in Humacao.

Other events we have coordinated include Golf Tournaments, for Fundación Dr.  García Rinaldi (FDGR), Asociación Puertorriqueña del Pulmón (PR Lung Association) and Cámara de Comercio Española en Puerto Rico (Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Puerto Rico, SCCPR).

Every tournament had a particular theme.  For FDGR was Acts from the Hearth, since the objective was to receive donations for their programs.  For PR Lung Association, the theme was Lucky Day. We combined the tournament with fair games.  For the SCCPR it was a celebration of our heritage.

Vogárs coordinated the tournaments, the promotion and advertising and sold the sponsorships.

We also produced Galas for FDGR and other events. (See Public Relations section)

For the Gala, the theme of the event was "Time".  We were approaching affluent groups and individuals for donations.  They had everything but time.  So this was the time to help and donate.  The motifs of everything related to the event turned around the theme of time.  This was one of their most memorable galas.
